The Office of Continuous Improvement (OCI) team partners with campus by providing assistance and resolving issues relating to system performance, coordinated information resources, and business processes for transactions falling under the University Financial Services (UFS) umbrella.
The UFS – Office of Continuous Improvement (UFS-OCI) is now known simply as the Office of Continuous Improvement (OCI). In the spirit of continuous improvement we are streamlining our name to be less cumbersome.
